At pike + lutin, every order is hand-packed with care and shipped from our California-based studio. Please review our domestic and international shipping details below.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship to all U.S. states using USPS and UPS.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • Rates are calculated at checkout
  • Tracking is provided with all orders

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Please note: During peak periods, holidays, or product launches, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds unless your product arrives spoiled, damaged, or defective.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide photo evidence of the issue
  • If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion

International Shipping (UK)

We proudly ship to the United Kingdom using DHL Express and UPS International.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • All orders ship with tracking

Customs, Duties & VAT

We use Shopify Markets to simplify your international shopping experience.

  • All UK duties, VAT, and customs fees are calculated and paid at checkout
  • Orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP)—no additional fees upon delivery
